Abstracts are now being accepted for speaking roles at the 2026 VU Summit. Complete submissions must be received no later than Friday, 20 February 2026 11:59PM Chicago time.
Abstracts will be considered for speaking roles at both Riyadh and Dubai portions of the program. You can indicate your preference on the submission form, but our program development team will make final determinations of session placement.
As you complete the form below, please note:
- Session Topic / Name: This will be used as your presentation title if accepted. Please be concise (70 characters maximum), specific, and avoid abbreviations.
- Session Description: This is your opportunity to give the reviewing committee a full overview of your presentation. There is no word limitation, but you need to convey your intentions within a 250-300 word summary.
- Learning Objectives: You must provide 3 learning objectives that are clear, measurable, and achievable. For each entry, complete the sentence, “Upon completion, participants will be able to…” Use action words such as list, describe, define, demonstrate, conduct, etc.
- Key Image and Short Description: These will not be used by the evaluating committee, but will help us promote your presentation if accepted. Your short description should be succinct but compelling so that attendees want to go to your session.
