Eligible Dates
CVU’s reservation block runs for four nights from Sunday, 25 October to Wednesday, 28 October. In addition, quoted bedroom rates will be offered, based on availability, 3 calendar days before and 3 calendar days after the event dates.
Bed and Breakfast
The above bedroom rate is inclusive of English breakfast served in the Tyburn Kitchen.
The hotel double occupancy supplement is £16.000 plus VAT.
Check-in & out timing
Individual check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and approval by Front Desk. There will be a charge of one night for early check-in, late check-out charges will apply according to time of departure.
Cancellation
Credit card details required at the time of booking to secure your accommodation, cancel 30 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Once cancelation window closes the credit card on file will be charged.
