Additional programs
The programs below can be added to your core conference ticket at the rates indicated. You must purchase a core conference ticket to attend the add-on programs.
*Workshops capacities are intentionally limited to foster an engaging environment. Access to a workshop is not guaranteed and we recommend you register early to ensure your place.
Academic & Student Rate
In order to foster a wider academic engagement at the conference, we are offering a limited number of subsidized tickets for professors and students on a first come basis. Academic’s are able to register for the core conference at US$600, and student tickets are further subsidized by using the code STUDENT at checkout to unlock US$400 rate. You will be required to upload proof of your active academic/student status during checkout which will be reviewed before your purchase is completed.
General Payment and Cancellation Notes
Payments
- Registration payments are required to be paid in US Dollars (USD), at the listed rates, irrespective of daily exchange rate fluctuations.
- Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received. You will not be granted entry to the event unless payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
- A 100% refund, minus a US$100 refund fee & original processing fees (per attendee) will be given if written notice of cancellation is received by 1 October 2026.
- No refund will be given for cancellation after 1 October 2026 due to costs incurred by CVU for each attendee at that late date.
- Refunds for registering 1) at the incorrect rate, 2) prior to utilizing an eligible comp, 3) for add-on programs when keeping the core ticket, will be subject to a refund fee of 5% of the amount eligible for refund.
- No refunds will be given for those who do not attend the conference.
- If you can no longer attend the conference, we are happy to accept a substitute colleague without penalty.
